Accepted by: {{party_legal_name}} (Invoicer ID {{party_public_ref}}) on {{accepted_date}}.
1. THE PLATFORM
Invoicer is a software tool provided by Oxus Technologies Limited that lets
independent parties find one another, agree to self-billing or ordinary
invoicing, and produce and exchange invoices meeting Irish VAT and EN 16931
requirements.
2. NEUTRAL ROLE
Oxus Technologies is the software provider only. It is not a party to any
agreement, contract or invoice made between users; it is not the employer of
any user; it does not handle, hold or transfer payment between users; and it
provides no legal, accounting or tax advice.
3. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You confirm the information in your Invoicer profile is accurate, that you are
authorised to act for the party it represents, and that you remain responsible
for your own VAT registration, tax affairs, and the accuracy of any invoice you
raise or accept through the platform.
4. SELF-BILLING
Where you agree to be self-billed, a separate self-billing agreement under
section 71 VATCA 2010 governs that arrangement. These platform terms do not
replace it.
5. DATA
Oxus processes the data you enter to operate the platform, to generate and
store your agreements and invoices, and to keep an audit record of acceptances.
6. NO WARRANTY / LIABILITY
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law,
Oxus is not liable for the commercial dealings, tax positions or disputes
between users.
7. CHANGES
These terms may be updated; a new version is published and must be accepted to
continue using affected features.
