Do the prices include VAT?
No. All prices exclude VAT, which is added at the Irish rate. VAT-registered businesses can reclaim it.
What counts towards a plan’s limit?
Each client or contractor you are actively working with. Past clients whose work has ended do not count, and there is no limit on the number of invoices.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time from Settings. Moving to a different paid plan is prorated on your next bill. Choosing Free cancels the subscription straight away.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free covers up to 3 clients or contractors at once for one user, with both ordinary and self-billed invoicing.
Do I need a card to sign up?
No. Every account starts on the Free plan, with no card. You only enter payment details if you choose a paid plan, which you do from Settings.
