1. How plans are billed

Paid plans are monthly. They are charged in advance through Stripe and renew each month until you cancel. All prices exclude VAT. Current prices are on the pricing page.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, from Plans and billing in your account, or by emailing info@oxus.ie. There are two ways to do it in the app, and they end your plan at different times:

  • Cancelling through the billing portal keeps your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that your account moves to the Free plan.
  • Choosing Free in the app ends your paid plan straight away. There is no prorated refund for the rest of the month or year you have paid for.

Either way, nothing is deleted. Your clients, invoices and records stay in your account. If you have more active clients or contractors than the Free plan allows, you keep them all; you just cannot add new ones until you are under the limit or upgrade again.

3. When we refund

We do not refund partial months, partial years or unused time on a period already started. The exceptions are:

  • Duplicate or mistaken charges: refunded in full.
  • A charge after a cancellation we failed to action: refunded in full.
  • Service unavailable: if Invoicer was unavailable for a substantial part of a billing period, we will give a pro-rata credit or refund at our discretion.

4. Custom contract scan credits

A custom contract scan credit is a one-off purchase. An unused credit can be refunded if you ask within 14 days of buying it. Once a credit has been used it cannot be refunded. If a scan fails, the credit is returned to your account automatically, so you can try again.

5. How to ask for a refund

Email info@oxus.ie with your Invoicer ID (shown in Settings under “Signed in as”, starting INV-), the charge in question and why you think it should be refunded. We will answer within 5 working days.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. They typically take 5 to 10 days to appear, depending on your bank.

6. Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and we email you. If it stays unpaid, your account drops to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted, and you can subscribe again at any time.

7. Your statutory rights

Invoicer is sold to businesses, so the cooling-off rights that EU and Irish consumer law give consumers do not apply. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory right that cannot be excluded.

8. Payments your own customers make to you

This policy covers what you pay us. It does not cover payments your customers make to you through Invoicer.

For those, you are the seller, not us. A refund to one of your customers is between you and them. You can issue it from the invoice page in Invoicer or from your own Stripe dashboard. Oxus Technologies Limited does not hold that money and cannot refund it.

9. Contact us

Billing questions and refund requests: info@oxus.ie. See also our Terms of Service.
