What you owe

Balances come from the payments recorded against each invoice, so a part payment shows as the balance it leaves rather than rounding to paid or unpaid. Invoicer never settles anything — this is the record of what you were told was paid.

Ageing

Measured from the due date, or from the issue date where no due date was agreed.

Open invoices — oldest first

A self-billed invoice is only deemed issued once the supplier accepts it (s71(2)), so one still awaiting acceptance is shown here as owed but flagged — the acceptance and the payment are two separate steps.
