Services contracts (SLA)

Deductions and disputes

A services contract adds a schedule of SLA / damage deductions the customer may apply to an invoice as an allowance. A deduction can only reduce a self-billed invoice if the supplier ultimately accepts it (s71(2)); a disputed deduction goes through the dispute procedure — never imposed silently. Invoicer is a neutral tool, not an employer.
